I do Bikram yoga. Often. Although my first class was back in 2006, it has become a 5-6 classes a week habit since December 2011. I am at a turning point in my practice. I’ve been stuck in the same place for a few months. It is time to push the envelope- to evolve. What direction my practice will take? Who knows! That’s the joy of all this ‘practice’ right?
